  • Yes. Our minimum opening order is $300 AUD, with a $200 AUD minimum for reorders. This helps us maintain our pricing structure and ensures a smooth shipping process. All pricing and quantity details are outlined in our product catalog once you create a wholesale account.

  • We offer three premium options:

    • Baby Alpaca: Ultra-soft, lightweight, and luxurious

    • Alpaca Wool Blend: Warm, breathable, and slightly more structured

    • Sheep Wool: Durable, thick, and perfect for colder climates

    All fibers are sustainably sourced from trusted artisans in Peru and Bolivia, with production done in small batches to ensure quality.

  • Our ponchos are handcrafted in South America by skilled artisans using generational weaving techniques. We work directly with families and local communities to preserve cultural artistry while ensuring fair wages and ethical practices.

  • All ponchos are one-size-fits-most, designed with a generous cut and relaxed drape. They are unisex and suitable for a variety of body types. Size measurements and fit notes are included in our catalog and product listings.

  • We rotate through seasonal colours and offer timeless neutrals as well as bold, culturally inspired designs. Our current range is listed in the catalog and includes 4–6 colourways per poncho style.

  • Yes! We provide access to a digital asset folder with product photography, lifestyle images, and display suggestions. As a stockist, you’re welcome to use these assets for your website, email, and social media campaigns.

  • All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse within 2–5 business days after payment. Delivery time will depend on your location, but we provide tracking for every shipment. Express shipping is available upon request.

  • We ship via Australia Post and DHL Express, depending on the size and urgency of your order. All packages are tracked and insured.

  • Yes! We offer international wholesale shipping with tracking. Shipping fees and times vary by region and will be clearly outlined at checkout or in your invoice.

  • Due to the nature of wholesale, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if any items arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace or credit them immediately. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos for our records.

  • We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. All orders must be paid in full before shipping unless other terms have been arranged in writing.

  • Ponchos are best dry-cleaned or gently hand-washed in cold water and laid flat to dry. Care cards are included with each item so your customers know how to maintain their purchase.

  • Yes. Every item comes tagged and ready for retail. If you'd prefer to receive them untagged for private-label purposes, let us know when placing your order.
